Your duties and responsibilities
- Analysis, design and implementation of SAP MM solutions (materials management, purchasing, inventory management).
- Conducting workshops with specialist departments and developing solution concepts.
- Customising MM processes and integration into related modules (PP, SD, EWM, FI/CO).
- Collaboration in S/4HANA transformation projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts).
- Support with process optimisation in procurement, scheduling and supplier management.
- Maintenance, support and further development of existing SAP solutions.
- Training of key users and active support in change management.
- Close cooperation with customers, stakeholders and specialist departments to accurately identify requirements and develop tailor-made solutions.
- Responsibility for risk assessment, change management and escalations in the context of logistics and transformation projects; regular reporting to project and programme management.
- Support with pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and strategic consulting, particularly in the area of supply chain and warehouse management.
Skills/Experience
- Completed degree in (business) information technology, business administration or comparable training.
- Several years of professional experience in SAP MM (purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, invoice receipt).
- Knowledge of S/4HANA MM and Fiori apps desirable.
- Experience with project methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall).
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach and strong customer focus.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
