Scope for TAOM.AI

TAOM.AI and the TAOM Process Studio are products of Traniva AG. The details in this legal notice also apply to the website taom.ai and the services offered there.

For software and platform services, the licence terms and general terms and conditions of TAOM.AI apply; they prevail over the General Terms and Conditions of Traniva AG in that respect (Section 20 there). Information on data protection, technical and organisational measures and the providers used can be found in the TAOM Trust Center.

Use of artificial intelligence

Traniva uses AI-assisted tools for text, images and analysis, including AI-supported employee profiles on internal and external communication channels; such profiles are not natural persons and are marked as virtual roles. The following applies: AI-generated content is reviewed by qualified staff before publication; editorial responsibility always remains with Traniva. AI images serve visual support and are not intended to depict real persons, companies or objects. Where personal data is processed in AI tools, this is done only within the applicable data protection laws and on a suitable legal basis; details are set out in our privacy policy.
