To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced SAP PPDS | PP | MRP Consultant (m/f/d) to support our customers in the planning, control and optimisation of production processes.

Your duties and responsibilities
- Analysis, design and implementation of solutions in the areas of SAP PPDS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling), SAP PP (Production Planning and Control) and SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Close cooperation with specialist departments (production, logistics, purchasing) to record and translate business processes into SAP solutions.
- Customising and implementation of planning strategies, manufacturing processes and material requirements planning in SAP S/4HANA.
- Integration with adjacent modules such as MM, SD, EWM, QM, APO.
- Project work in international SAP transformation projects (greenfield, brownfield, selective transformation).
- Support with fit-to-standard workshops, process modelling (e.g. with SAP Signavio) and test management.
- Optional: Support in pre-sales and in the creation of solution concepts and quotations.
- Close cooperation with customers, stakeholders and specialist departments to accurately identify requirements and develop tailor-made solutions.
- Responsibility for risk assessment, change management and escalations in the context of logistics and transformation projects; regular reporting to project and programme management.
- Support with pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and strategic consulting, particularly in the area of supply chain and warehouse management.
Skills/Experience
- Completed degree in business informatics, engineering, business administration or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in SAP PPDS, PP or MRP – ideally in international projects.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete manufacturing, process industry or series production).
- Experience with S/4HANA (especially Embedded PP/DS) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of integration topics (e.g. APO, EWM, SCM, FI/CO) desirable.
- Analytical thinking, communication skills and team spirit.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage.
