Your duties and responsibilities
- Analysis, design and implementation of business processes in the area of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Advising our customers on order-to-cash processes, including pricing, invoicing and delivery processes
- Integration with adjacent modules such as MM, FI/CO, PP and EWM
- Customising the SAP SD module and creating technical concepts and specifications
- Conducting workshops, user training sessions and tests
- Support for rollouts, migrations (S/4HANA) and international projects
- Accompaniment during the hypercare phase and support after go-live.
- Close cooperation with customers, stakeholders and specialist departments to accurately identify requirements and develop tailor-made solutions.
- Responsibility for risk assessment, change management and escalations in the context of logistics and transformation projects; regular reporting to project and programme management.
- Support with pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and strategic consulting, particularly in the area of supply chain and warehouse management.
Skills/Experience
- Completed degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an SAP SD Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes
- Experience with S/4HANA Sales is an advantage
- Knowledge of interfaces and related modules (FI, MM, PP, EWM) desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
