With over 25 years of experience in SAP consulting, management, business processes, process analysis, software development, operations and decision analysis, Laurenc has an exceptional breadth and depth of expertise. This enables him to quickly grasp companies’ business models and develop the most appropriate, practical solutions for each case.

Before founding Traniva in 2024, Laurenc gained over two decades of international experience in SAP consulting, architecture and project management. He held senior positions at global companies such as SEW Eurodrive, Sulzer, Deloitte, Pfizer, itelligence/NTT DATA, Avectris and Bruker BioSpin.
His focus was on the development of global SAP templates, international rollouts, process harmonisation and digital transformation. In addition, he assumed responsibility as Product Manager for industry solutions in pharmaceuticals and medical technology (e.g. add-ons for production planning and labelling), as Solution Architect in complex S/4HANA programmes and as Project Manager with global responsibility.
Thanks to this broad experience – ranging from software development and business process analysis to strategic consulting – Laurenc understands how to quickly grasp the requirements of companies and translate them into tailor-made, sustainable solutions.
