- End-to-end process management: modelling, harmonisation and optimisation of QM and logistics processes (target/actual, interfaces, roles & responsibilities) – through to sustainable implementation in operations.
With over 25 years of experience as an SAP QM consultant, Yvonne Lorenz combines in-depth expertise in quality management (SAP QM) with a keen eye for end-to-end processes in logistics. Yvonne Lorenz has been an SAP consultant for the QM component for many years. In addition to blueprint creation, customising and user training, she also designs forms, handles QM developments and oversees data transfer. Yvonne Lorenz has in-depth knowledge of QM and the related logistics components MM, EWM, SD, PP, PP-PI and PM, which are closely integrated with QM. From 2000 to 2008, she was employed as a consultant at itelligence AG; she has been working as a freelancer since 2008. Yvonne Lorenz has managed more than 40 projects in medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries, including the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries, the food industry, automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, the solar industry and the steel industry. Thanks to her many years of working with numerous customers, she is also familiar with user requirements.
