Your duties and responsibilities
- Analysis, design and implementation of SAP PM solutions (maintenance, servicing, inspection).
- Conducting workshops and fit-gap analyses with the specialist departments.
- Customising PM processes and integration into related modules (MM, PP, QM, EAM).
- Collaboration in S/4HANA transformation projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts).
- Support with the digitalisation of maintenance strategies (e.g. predictive maintenance).
- Maintenance, optimisation and support of existing SAP PM systems.
- Training of key users and support in change management.
- Close cooperation with customers, stakeholders and specialist departments to accurately identify requirements and develop tailor-made solutions.
- Responsibility for risk assessment, change management and escalations in the context of logistics and transformation projects; regular reporting to project and programme management.
- Support with pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and strategic consulting, particularly in the area of supply chain and warehouse management.
Skills/Experience
- Completed degree in (business) information technology, engineering or comparable training.
- Several years of experience in SAP PM (maintenance planning, order management, functional locations, equipment structures).
- Knowledge of S/4HANA PM and Fiori applications is an advantage.
- Experience with project methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall).
- Analytical and conceptual skills, customer focus and strong communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
