Your duties and responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of SAP transformation programmes (S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid).
- Management of interdisciplinary project teams with internal and external employees.
- Control of project methodology (SAP Activate, waterfall, agile/hybrid) and assurance of quality, budget, time and scope.
- Close coordination with customers, stakeholders and management at all levels.
- Risk, change and escalation management, as well as regular reporting to steering committees.
- Support with pre-sales, quotation preparation and strategic customer consulting.
Skills/Experience
Your profile
- Completed degree in (business) information technology, business administration or comparable training.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in managing SAP projects, ideally in international programmes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and at least one module (e.g. FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, EWM).
- Experience with project methodologies (SAP Activate, PMI, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
- Strong leadership skills, communication and presentation skills.
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English.
